Project Overview
A full bespoke joinery fit-out for a residential flat in Kensington, delivered from design through to installation.
The brief called for a complete transformation of the property’s storage and cabinetry, with a new handle-less hardwood kitchen, custom cabinetry in both bathrooms, fitted wardrobes in every bedroom, and tailored storage solutions throughout.
Each piece was designed, manufactured and finished by our team, with matching finishes across rooms to create a cohesive look — from varnished softwood units with traditional beading to spray-painted wardrobes in client-selected RAL colours.
The result is a home where every element of joinery feels considered, consistent and built around how the client lives.
Scope of Work - Design, Manufacture & Install
Kitchen:
The kitchen was crafted in hardwood and finished with a hand-applied varnish. The design is fully handle-less, giving the cabinetry clean, uninterrupted lines throughout. All appliances are integrated — including the wine fridge, for which we built a custom frame so it sits seamlessly within the run of cabinetry.

Bathroom Cabinetry
Both bathrooms feature custom cabinetry made from softwood, with beading applied to all door fronts and a varnished finish across the woodwork. Brushed brass handles complete the look — a high-quality, characterful finish for both spaces.

Bedroom Wardrobes
In the master bedroom, we built two softwood bedside tables with beading and a varnished finish, matched to the desk unit. We also built a shoe cabinet, finished with beading and spray-painted in a custom RAL colour chosen by the client.
In the second bedroom, we built a large L-shaped wardrobe with beading, spray-painted in another client-selected RAL colour. A section of exposed shelving was incorporated so the children's books and toys can be kept on display.

Bedroom Desk Unit
The client wanted a workspace with storage, so we designed and built a desk unit into an otherwise unused corner of the room. Made from softwood with beading and a varnished finish to match the bedside tables, the result is a practical, great-looking unit that makes full use of the space.
