Our state-of-the-art workshop, conveniently located in Park Royal London, allows us to work with clients, either end-users or main contractors, across all sectors and backgrounds, on projects of various sizes and budgets.
With heightened attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to ensuring a project is completed on time and on budget, we proudly provide:

We have extensive experience in working alongside other main contractors, project managers and architects, as well as working directly with the end-users to ensure a project is successfully delivered. Projects include but are not limited to:

Our Process
How we do it
From your initial concept to completion, we aim to deliver in about 6–8 weeks, this is our tried and tested process:

01. Initial Consultation
Here is where we understand your vision and requirements. Sometimes, translating the vision in your head to an idea on paper is the hardest step in the process, but we are good at it.

02. Conceptual Designs & Quote
We put all gathered information, sketches, pictures, measurements and notes to good use and design initial concepts and sketches.

03. Technical Designs
Once the quote and initial concepts are approved, we expand on them with detailed 3D technical designs covering all aspects and details of the project, ensuring a perfect fit before we even begin.

04. Manufacturing
Our skilled team will expertly craft your bespoke product from our local, state-of-the-art workshop located in Park Royal, London (NW10).

05. Installation
At the agreed date and once the manufacturing and all the associated quality checks are completed, we will coordinate with you a convenient time for delivery or installation.

06. Handover
The project manager will inspect the completed project with you. Once we’re happy with the item and the installation, our work is finally done and the handover is complete.

Not all joinery companies can boast of having a state-of-the-art workshop, but we can. Our workshop, coupled with the experts working the tools and turning quality wood into generational heirlooms, set us apart from the rest. In-house manufacturing allows us to constantly test new methods and materials and rigorously check every piece made.
Not only can we manufacture and install beautiful commercial joinery, but we can also carry out full commercial fit-outs in conjunction with our sister company, Yasmeen Property Services. This ensures that everything is done in-house, meaning that there are no subcontractors and provides a quality service for a more affordable price.
Commercial Joinery FAQ
Definitely not, although we have extensive experience in these two categories we also know how to do bespoke Joinery for all other commercial properties from restaurants and cafes to medical centres and more.
No problem! We include a FREE site visit and survey, during which we discuss the project details, accurately take detailed measurements, check access and available space, understand the challenges and potential problems, take pictures, and answer questions. We do charge an hourly rate plus travel to cover our time for site visits, and we are happy to refund the cost of the site visit once works begin.
All of our projects are designed, manufactured, assembled and delivered from our state-of-the-art factory in Park Royal London. We never outsource or subcontract ANY work. We also provide on-site fabrications and works when required.
Yasmeen Joinery will manufacture and install everything joinery related; our sister company Yasmeen Property Services will do the remaining fit-out for you. Because everything is done in-house and under one roof, your single point of contact will be your Project Manager, tasked with coordinating across the various departments and companies, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality promises are all kept.
