Project Overview

Yasmeen Joinery was tasked with fitting out a two bed flat in Kensington.

This project involved everything from bedroom wardrobes to a new kitchen. Both bedrooms were fitted with grey wardrobes as well as a built in desk. We have also manufactured bedside tables with the matching grey colour from the wardrobes.

A new kitchen was fitted and the client opted for a lovely two-tone kitchen utilising an oak and an off-white colour. Finally, both bathrooms got bespoke cabinetry fitted out as well.

The client’s request was to have ample storage in the bedrooms and in the kitchen and that is what we did.

We were able to utilise every single corner in the property to provide as much storage as possible while still looking stylish.

Scope of Work

BEDROOM WARDROBES:

The client opted for grey wardrobes with black handles, and white interior for all the wardrobes in the property. A large L-shaped wardrobe was installed in the master bedroom. LED lighting has been fitted on the inside of all the closets too.

MASTER BEDROOM

BEDROOM 1:

BEDSIDE TABLES:

We manufactured two bedside tables for each bedroom with the matching grey wood used for the wardrobes.

DESKS

In the master bedroom, we built a floating desk with a drawer underneath. Behind the desk we have installed paneling, also with the same matching grey colour as well as installing a shelf above for the client to place photo frames. In the other bedroom, we were able to fit a small desk with a drawer underneath.

KITCHEN

A two-tone kitchen was manufactured and installed. The client opted for an oak and off-white theme for the kitchen. The kitchen was a U-shaped kitchen with all appliances being built-in.

BATHROOM CABINETRY:

Both bathrooms were also fitted with bespoke cabinetry.

How we do it

From your initial concept to completion, we aim to deliver in about 6–8 weeks, this is our tried and tested process:

  1. 01. Initial Consultation

    Here is where we understand your vision and requirements. Sometimes, translating the vision in your head to an idea on paper is the hardest step in the process, but we are good at it.

  2. 02. Conceptual Designs & Quote

    We put all gathered information, sketches, pictures, measurements and notes to good use and design initial concepts and sketches.

  3. 03. Technical Designs

    Once the quote and initial concepts are approved, we expand on them with detailed 3D technical designs covering all aspects and details of the project, ensuring a perfect fit before we even begin.

  4. 04. Manufacturing

    Our skilled team will expertly craft your bespoke product from our local, state-of-the-art workshop located in Park Royal, London (NW10).

  5. 05. Installation

    At the agreed date and once the manufacturing and all the associated quality checks are completed, we will coordinate with you a convenient time for delivery or installation.

  6. 06. Handover

    The project manager will inspect the completed project with you. Once we’re happy with the item and the installation, our work is finally done and the handover is complete.
