Project Overview
We fully fitted this lovely 2 bed flat in Queens Gate Kensington.
This was a full design and build refurbishment carried out by our sister company Yasmeen Property Services.
We manufactured and installed a grey and black themed kitchen with fully integrated appliances.
We made a walk-in closet with sliding doors, drawers, shelving and more to fully utilise every bit of space in a small area.
We made bedroom wardrobes, a display unit and bathroom cabinets.
Scope of Work
KITCHEN:
We made a U-shaped kitchen to maximise the space and utilise every corner of this small kitchen. All appliances are integrated and the client wanted a grey and black theme, with white quartz to match the floor tiles. We used black profiles on the lower cabinets and a hidden profile on the top cabinets as the client wanted no handles.
BEDROOM JOINERY:
In the small bedroom there was no room for a bedside table next to the bed, the client also wanted a display unit to place books in. So we made a built in display unit in the wall with the LED lighting.
WALK-IN WARDROBES:
In this tight space, we have made a walk-in wardrobe to maximise storage capabilities. The insides have a mix of clothing rails, drawers and shelving. Sliding doors were made on the left and on the back we have installed a mirror on the front of the door.
BATHROOM CABINETS:
A matt black bathroom cabinet to match the black worktop and tiles. This is a push to open cabinet as client did not want any handles.
