Project Overview

We worked alongside our sister company Yasmeen Property Services, who were the main contractors for this project, tasked with transforming this tired, three-bedroom flat into a beautiful and contemporary home.

Yasmeen Joinery was tasked with breathing life into the project through expert joinery work which includes manufacturing and installing bespoke furniture, flooring, wardrobes and cabinetry as well as French panelling throughout the flat.

Everything was made to measure in our state-of-the-art warehouse in London and installed by our expert team.

Scope of Work

MASTER BEDROOM

The client complained about the lack of space in the room, as well as the mismatching furniture and plain walls.

We begin by maximising the storage space, removing clutter and bringing the whole room together through a Made-to-Measure, free-standing Wardrobe that includes a makeup station and stool.

We continue maximising the storage space through 2, made-to-measure, bedside tables that match the new wardrobe's aesthetics.

FRENCH PANELLING

The client complained about the dull walls and wanted to add life to them. We proposed installing French Panelling throughout the entire house.

The client opted for Modern French Panelling, and we think it matched the house's aesthetics perfectly.

BESPOKE FURNITURE - SHOE CLOSET

Continuing our maximising storage theme, we created a bespoke shoe closet that is both useful and beautiful.

FITTED FURNITURE - FLOOR TO CEILING WARDROBE

We also manufactured a bespoke, floor-to-ceiling fitted closet for the guest bedroom with ample storage room.

MADE TO MEASURE FURNITURE - FREESTANDING CLOSET

For the 2nd guest room, we created a free-standing wardrobe maximising the storage space and ensuring a consistent theme.

FLOORING

No makeover is complete without paying attention to the flooring. We installed herringbone pattern flooring in the foyer, living room and hallway of the flat.

How we do it

From your initial concept to completion, we aim to deliver in about 6–8 weeks, this is our tried and tested process:

  1. 01. Initial Consultation

    Here is where we understand your vision and requirements. Sometimes, translating the vision in your head to an idea on paper is the hardest step in the process, but we are good at it.

  2. 02. Conceptual Designs & Quote

    We put all gathered information, sketches, pictures, measurements and notes to good use and design initial concepts and sketches.

  3. 03. Technical Designs

    Once the quote and initial concepts are approved, we expand on them with detailed 3D technical designs covering all aspects and details of the project, ensuring a perfect fit before we even begin.

  4. 04. Manufacturing

    Our skilled team will expertly craft your bespoke product from our local, state-of-the-art workshop located in Park Royal, London (NW10).

  5. 05. Installation

    At the agreed date and once the manufacturing and all the associated quality checks are completed, we will coordinate with you a convenient time for delivery or installation.

  6. 06. Handover

    The project manager will inspect the completed project with you. Once we’re happy with the item and the installation, our work is finally done and the handover is complete.
